We are partnered with Manhattan Wardrobe Supply and wardrobesupplies.com. Charges to your card and order fulfillment are both done by Manhattan Wardrobe Supply. Please keep this in mind when reviewing your bank information.
Shipping and Handling
Our standard shipping is UPS ground, and all estimates are calculated on business days and exclude in their count Weekends, Holidays and atypical carrier exceptions. Please take this into account when you order.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt pending credit card verification.
- Orders with next day shipping will be processed the same day if received by 1:00 pm Eastern Time.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
- If a product that you have requested is out of stock we will notify you promptly via e-mail that it is unavailable so that you can make arrangements.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax only on orders delivered to a New York State address.
Return Policy
- Unopened merchandise may be returned or exchanged if received within 10 days and accompanied by original receipt.
- Shipping fees are not refundable. The customer is responsible for postage on returned items.
- Please call customer service 888 401-7400 before returning any merchandise stating the reason for your return. Please include any supporting documentation.
